How it works

Payment to first workflow run in the web app.

The launch onboarding path is intentionally narrow so customers and reviewers can understand exactly what happens after purchase.

Pricing Checkout Workspace
A narrow public path from pricing to the signed-in workspace.

This page now behaves like a guided activation path instead of a bare text checklist.

Launch path
Pricing -> checkout -> account verification -> workspace.

The public onboarding path stays intentionally narrow so policy, billing, and entitlement expectations remain visible.

01

Step 1 - Choose plan or points

Review Pricing, then select the plan or top-up package matching your expected usage.

02

Step 2 - Complete hosted checkout

Checkout is completed through hosted billing flow. After payment, continue from Billing Success

03

Step 3 - Sign in and verify account access

Complete account sign-in, then verify your active plan, available balance, and access status from the web account surface before first usage.

04

Step 4 - Open the workspace

Use the signed-in workspace to confirm balance, inspect pending jobs, and review recent activity before new submissions.

05

Step 5 - Submit a workflow

Submit supported image, video, or `/voice` workflows from the web app. The public `/voice` surface is generic text-to-speech only, and Discord remains available for companion entry and notifications where supported.

Common activation and fulfillment issues

  • Workspace access missing: sign in again and confirm your account session is active.
  • Paid but denied: re-check your active service tier and available balance from the account surface or contact support.
  • Insufficient points: buy top-up points, or wait for the next subscription point grant if your plan is still active.
  • Delayed results: check your web activity/history view and retry later if provider-side queue pressure is reported.

Quota, cancellation, and refunds

  • When quota or points are exhausted, new paid-generation requests are denied until balance is replenished.
  • Subscription-issued point grants accumulate and expire at the end of the sixth calendar month counted from each grant month.
  • Cancellation stops future renewals. After cancellation takes effect, residual subscription/manual balances fall back to Basic, while top-up-only spendable balances keep Creator access.
  • After sign-in, the account billing surface can open the hosted billing customer portal for subscription management.
  • Approved refunds usually settle in 3 to 5 business days. See Refund Policy

Provider-side failures

Third-party AI providers can return slow, degraded, or failed responses. During these periods, request completion may be delayed or fail even when your account is active.

If failures persist, contact support with your order reference, Discord user ID, and recent command timestamp.
