  1. Keep your receipt/order reference for support verification.
  2. Sign in to verify your access, billing status, and available balance from the account surface.
  3. Open the workspace to start image, video, or `/voice` (generic text-to-speech) jobs.
  4. Monitor recent jobs from your signed-in web library and account activity surfaces.
  5. If you also use Discord, companion commands and notifications remain available where supported.

Common issues right after checkout

  • Paid but no access: sign in again and wait briefly if entitlement sync is still processing.
  • Workspace unavailable: confirm your signed-in session and try the account workspace again.
  • Insufficient points warning: purchase top-up points or wait for the next subscription point grant if your plan is still active.

Delays, cancellations, and refunds

  • Provider-side delays can cause longer completion times even when payment is successful.
  • Cancellation prevents future renewals; residual subscription/manual balances fall back to Basic, while top-up-only balances keep Creator access while spendable.
  • After sign-in, the account billing surface can open the hosted billing customer portal for subscription management.
  • Approved refunds usually settle in 3 to 5 business days (see Refund Policy)。
