GENXY
Pricing overview

Recharge balance, then spend points on generation.

GENXY uses account balance recharge as the primary billing model. After recharge, each image or video job deducts points according to the selected generation product and request settings.

Recharge amount tiers

Choose a recharge amount first. Larger recharge levels receive better effective value, while the checkout page shows the final amount, taxes, and any active offer before payment.

  • Starter recharge: small-balance entry for trials and low-frequency generation.
  • Creator recharge: better effective value for regular image and video workflows.
  • Team recharge: highest-value levels for heavier production and review cycles.

Generation deduction

Each image or video request deducts points by product, model, mode, resolution, duration, and selected generation settings.

  • The workspace shows the required points before a request is accepted.
  • Failed, canceled, or timed-out requests restore reserved points when the failure is not finalized as consumed under policy.
  • When points are insufficient, new generation requests do not start and no overage billing is applied.

Billing clarity

  • Requests may queue during peak periods or third-party provider pressure.
  • Hosted checkout pages display the final billed amount and any applicable taxes or payment-method details before payment is confirmed.
  • Policy references: TermsPrivacyRefund
