How do I start after payment?
Follow How It Works to complete the web-first activation path. After sign-in, use the account web surface for workspace access, billing, and history. Discord remains available for companion entry points and notifications where supported.
What do I receive?
You receive account-linked access, point balance, and delivered visual, motion, and generic text-to-speech outputs available through result links and account history.
Is this subscription-only?
No. The service supports both recurring subscriptions and one-time point packs. See pricing for current plan and package details.
Can output quality or timing be guaranteed?
No absolute guarantee is provided. Output quality and processing time can vary by provider state, queue load, and selected generation mode.
Are face swaps, voice cloning, or voice impersonation allowed?
No. The service is not sold for face swaps, deepfakes, voice cloning, voice impersonation, or non-consensual real-person likeness use. Public voice output is limited to generic text-to-speech. See Terms for the full acceptable-use restrictions.
How do refunds and billing issues work?
Refund eligibility and process are defined in Refund Policy。 Approved refunds usually settle in 3 to 5 business days. After sign-in, the account billing surface can open the hosted billing customer portal for subscription-management tasks. For billing support, contact billing@genxy.app。
What if generation access fails after payment?
Confirm you are signed in, verify your active plan and service tier on the account surface, and review recent activity from the web app. If workspace access, result links, or companion commands still fail, contact support.
What happens after cancellation?
Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Residual subscription/manual balances fall back to Basic after cancellation takes effect, while purchased top-up balances keep Creator access for as long as spendable top-up points remain. Where available after sign-in, the account billing surface can open the hosted billing customer portal to manage renewal status.
